• Jacob John, Secretary - Chartered Engineer (IIT Graduate), Industrialist and Educationist, based in Payyanur.
• K P Ganeshan, Treasurer - Prominent businessman of Payyanur.

Sri K P Balakrishnan and Sri K P Ganeshan run several units of the Bombay Hotel group of businesses at Payyanur. They have interests in Hotels, Cinema Theatres, Petrol Pumps, Auditoria, Real-Estate etc.
